Logistics Service Representative
ISCAR USA, a dynamic and innovative cutting tool company, is seeking a Logistics Representative to support day-to-day order, inventory, and vendor coordination activities. This role partners with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to help ensure accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and strong operational support.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers.
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding purchase orders, logistics updates, and order status.
Prepare purchase orders, update sales orders, and process invoice receipts using trained judgment.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve order discrepancies to help ensure timely fulfillment.
Update and maintain internal systems with accurate order and inventory information.
Respond to requests promptly, typically within the same business day.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to support operational effectiveness.
