Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
Liaise with customers, transporters, and forwarders on shipment arrangements.
Prepare and manage shipping and delivery documentation.
Monitor shipment schedules and outgoing goods.
Update logistics records, labels, and loading schedules.
Support daily logistics operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
