Logistics Specialist (Customs & Traffic - Trade Compliance/ Import / Export)

Support global import/export operations and ensure full compliance with international trade regulations. This role plays acritical part in enabling smooth cross-border operations while minimizing regulatory risks across multiple regions.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Classify products and technologies under HTS and ECCN codes
Support and maintain export control policies and procedures
Participate in internal audits for import/export compliance
Act as a key point of contact for government inquiries related to trade
Support development and enhancement of foreign licensing programs
Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure shipment compliance
Manage shipment-related activities including freight quotations and tracking when needed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in trade compliance processes and tools
Experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, or related field
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and traffic procedures
Experience working across APAC, EMEA, or LATAM regions
Familiarity with HTS classification and ECCN determination
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in high-tech, manufacturing, or data center industries
