Logistics Specialist (Forklift License Required) (2 Years Contract) #NKC

Handle the receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of spare parts.

Ensure accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.

Prepare shipping documents, packing lists and arrange outbound freight bookings.

Handle import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Ensure compliance with dangerous goods shipping regulations (IATA/ICAO).

Coordinate with internal departments and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain accurate shipment records, including serial numbers and expiry dates.

Keep the warehouse clean, organised and well-maintained.

Provide guidance and training to temporary warehouse staff on stock handling procedures.

Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor.
