At FLSmidth, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist – International to coordinate transportation and import operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and efficient support for internal customers. You will be part of a dynamic and challenging environment, coordinating international shipments and working with multiple global stakeholders to ensure an efficient flow of goods.

Short Department Description

You will be part of the Traffic & Logistics team within Group Procurement.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments and cargo follow-up
• Manage import and transportation documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Monitor KPI performance of logistics providers
• Schedule operations according to delivery priorities
• Manage risks and resolve operational contingencies
• Validate payments related to international operations
• Issue periodic logistics management reports

What You Bring

• Degree in International Trade or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of international logistics and imports
• Experience with international shipping documentation
• Knowledge of Incoterms and IMO cargo
• Intermediate technical English skills
• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities
• Safety and continuous improvement mindset
