Job Overview
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day logistics of vehicles across the Cars journey, ensuring cars are moved between locations smoothly and on time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, fleet operations, or a similar operational role
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple vehicle movements and requests at the same time
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of Riyadh and transportation/logistics operations
- Automotive or fleet experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle transportation and movements between different locations
- Arrange pickups and deliveries based on operational needs
- Track vehicle movements and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with drivers, inspectors, showroom, and Operations teams
- Follow up on any delays or issues and resolve them quickly
- Maintain accurate records and updates for all vehicle movements
- Support the overall Cars journey with any logistics-related requirements
