Description
Responsibilities\:
Monitor & control all daily delivery operations to complete in the pre-defined successful rate
Develop & maintain good relations with customer and contractor
Performs and assists in delivery help desk for handling ad hoc and special requests and enquiries for delivery
Conduct performance audit of contractor such as spy-check and customer visit to collect relevant business information in the field
Count and verify the contractor payment for management's approval
Investigates accidents, complaints from internal or external customers, & proposes actions to management
Assist in the ad-hoc project or any assigned duties
