We're looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate material movement, and supervise a small operations team in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment.
💼 Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 (based on experience)
- $200 Location Allowance
- $25 Handphone Allowance
- $100 Tier 1 Skill Allowance (upon certification within 3–6 months)
- Attractive 15-Month Salary Package, including:Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)Variable Bonus (VB)$500 Performance/Operational Bonus
- Overtime pay where applicable
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
- Lead and manage a small team to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Coordinate pallet movement, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Operate forklifts and ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper warehouse housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
- Support manpower planning and provide guidance and training to team members.
⏰ Working Hours
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- Office hours
- Overtime or weekend work may be required based on operational needs
✅ Requirements
- Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Experience leading or supervising a small operations team
- Valid Forklift Licence is required
- Valid Class 4 Driving Licence is required
- Hands-on experience in pallet movement and warehouse operations
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Experience in distribution centres, logistics hubs, or industrial warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse safety practices
- Comfortable working in a structured, SOP-driven environment
