Logistics Support Officer
Goonite Hygiene Product FZE, a fast-growing FMCG manufacturing and distribution company behind brands such as Lebrace Diapers and Besense Sanitary Pads, is seeking a Logistics Support Officer to support efficient transportation and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage credible transporters with a focus on cost control.
- Develop and implement logistics processes, SOPs, and structures.
- Coordinate truck bookings and follow up on transit issues.
- Ensure timely truck arrivals, offloading, and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor transportation rates and factors affecting rate fluctuations.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimize shipping routes.
- Develop and implement logistics safety policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent support to internal and external stakeholders on shipment-related matters.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar logistics role.
- Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with diaper or sanitary pad companies, is an advantage.
- Excellent reporting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.
- Must reside around Ibeju-Lekki, Eleko, or Akodo.
