🕒 Working Hours: 12-hour rotational shift (Day / Night Shift)
💰 Salary: Up to $3,650/month (No AWS / 13th-month bonus)
👤 Eligibility: Singaporean & Singapore PR candidates only

A leading global logistics company is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced high-tech logistics environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, leading a team of operators, and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities
• Allocate manpower and monitor team performance to achieve operational targets and service levels
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality requirements
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper handling and movement of materials
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates on productivity, manpower, and performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse / logistics operations experience
• Prior team leadership / supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain operations will be advantageous
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a 12-hour rotational shift environment
• Willing to support Day / Night shifts
