About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Technician to support our warehouse, shipping, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in goods receiving, inspection, and inventory management. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accuracy and quality, and assisting the supervisor in day-to-day logistics activities such as shipping, delivery, and coordination with suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Goods Receiving &Verification

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming and outgoing goods, includingraw materials and finished parts.
  • Check items against Delivery Orders (DO), packing lists, and engineeringspecifications to ensure accuracy in quantity, part number, and description.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate measuringtools (e.g., measuring tape, calipers) to confirm conformance to engineeringdrawings and technical requirements.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment for safeloading, unloading, and movement of goods

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levelsto support production needs while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
  • Update inventory records, ensure proper labelling, and maintain organized storage of materials in designated areas.

Shipping, Delivery& Collection

  • Assist the supervisor in shipping and delivery activities, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Drive company vehicles to deliver and collect materials, components, or finished products from suppliers, sub-contractors, and customers.
  • Ensure safe handling, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company and safety procedures during all transport operations.

Who are we looking for?

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in amanufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
  • Possess a valid Forklift Operator License.
  • Basic knowledge of material handling, inventorycontrol, and inspection tools.
  • Physically fit and able to perform warehouseand logistics operations safely and efficiently.
