About the role
Lead logistics digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, supply chain visibility, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making. Drive the implementation of digital solutions, automation, and process optimization across transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve logistics performance, reduce operating costs, and support overall business growth.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement a logistics digitalization roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies to streamline logistics and supply chain operations.
Lead the implementation and enhancement of logistics-related systems, including SAP, TMS, WMS, GPS Tracking, e-POD, and workflow automation solutions.
Drive paperless initiatives and automation projects to reduce manual processes and improve operational visibility.
Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on system integration, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across transportation, warehousing, inventory management, distribution, and logistics support functions.
Conduct process reviews, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify operational inefficiencies.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies to improve productivity and operational performance.
Develop and maintain logistics performance dashboards and management reports.
Lead cross-functional projects involving Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT.
About you
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics Excellence, Supply Chain Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or Digital Transformation.
Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects and logistics system implementations.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, particularly transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent, WMS, TMS, and logistics automation solutions.
Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English communication.
