🚛 Logistics & Transport Operations Manager | Pasir Panjang | Basic Up $7000+Benefits

📍 Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
💼 Employment Type: Full Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics operations and local transportation of all cargo types.
Manage trucking arrangements, logistics workflows, expenditure and billing.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve sales/delivery issues.
Lead, coach and develop the operations team to achieve targets and KPIs.
Optimise transport planning, manpower deployment and equipment utilisation.
Manage fleet and equipment availability, maintenance and utilisation.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, transport regulations and safety standards.
Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of logistics operations experience.
Minimum 2 years of team leadership/managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of transport planning, fleet management and logistics operations.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with logistics/transport management systems will be an advantage.
