- Saturday: 7:30am – 11:30am
About the Company
We are a food wholesale trading company specialising in the import and distribution of dairy products from European countries. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Executive to join our team and manage our shipping, logistics documentation, delivery coordination, and warehouse administration activities.
Job Responsibilities
Import & Export / Shipping Coordination
- Arrange and coordinate import and export shipments and related documentation.
- Prepare and process shipping instructions, VGM (Verified Gross Mass), Bills of Lading (B/L), Letters of Authorisation (LOA), and other shipping documents.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, customers, and relevant authorities on shipment matters.
- Track shipments and coordinate the necessary documentation for destination import customs clearance.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding documentation.
- Manage Incoterms and transportation arrangements while ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant requirements.
Delivery & Transport Coordination
- Plan and coordinate daily truck delivery schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Liaise with transporters and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor delivery status and resolve any delivery or transportation issues promptly.
Billing & Administrative
- Process customer billing and ensure invoices are prepared and issued accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper filing and records of shipping, delivery, billing, and warehouse documents.
- Prepare logistics and warehouse-related reports as required.
Warehouse & Inventory
- Coordinate with the Stock Receiving and Warehouse teams for inbound shipments.
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of incoming goods.
- Prepare warehouse documentation and inventory reports.
- Participate in Singapore warehouse stock takes and support internal and external audit activities.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, import/export, or warehouse administration.
- Experience in import/export documentation and shipment coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with Bill of Lading, VGM, shipping instructions, LOA, Incoterms, and customs clearance documentation will be an advantage.
- Experience in coordinating local deliveries and truck schedules.
- Good understanding of warehouse and inventory processes.
- Meticulous, organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
