Logistics Warehouse Site Manager

About the role

Do you have experience as a site manager for industrial/logistics construction projects and are you motivated to join a major Barcelona-based construction and development group?

• Major construction group with its own development arm
• €10M logistics warehouse, Barcelona, stable project

What you'll do

Reporting to the group manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Conduct the technical and economic study of the project, adjusting the execution budget.
• Plan the execution of the work, ensuring compliance with deadlines and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate the necessary contracts, ensuring compliance with technical and logistical requirements.
• Control construction costs, proposing solutions in case of deviations.
• Supervise the progress of the planning and make requests for material, human, and technical resources.
• Manage and coordinate subcontracted companies, ensuring the correct execution of the work.
• Transmit technical instructions and necessary documentation to the foreman.
• Represent the company in construction meetings with the supervising architect and the client.
• Resolve incidents during the execution of the work.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations on site.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Public Works, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience executing industrial or logistics construction projects.
• Experience in public works is valued.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Autocad, and ERPs (SAP or similar).
• Bilingual in Spanish; Catalan is valued.
• Residence or availability to relocate to the province of Barcelona.
• Committed, decisive, results-oriented profile with negotiation skills.
