Long Term Care CNA/MA

Memorial Community Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA/Medication Aide to join our team. This position is available on a PRN basis and provides direct resident care while supporting a positive, patient-centered environment.

Job Duties:

• Performs responsibilities related to the provision of resident care.
• Participates as an effective member of the care team.
• Prepares and uses necessary equipment.
• Performs emergency treatment as required in accordance within a Certified Medication Aide scope of practice.
• Performs and maintains documentation.
• Promotes and ensures resident and staff safety in all aspects of responsibilities.
• Follows HIPAA regulations and ensures that the confidentiality of patients’ medical, personal, financial records, employee records, and organizational records is maintained.
• Complies, understands, and enforces state and federal regulatory requirements related to the performance of Memorial Community Health operations and requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA, the Code of Conduct, the Compliance Policy, Safety and Infection Control, all department and organization-wide policies, and Federal and State of Nebraska regulations.\
• Performs other duties as assigned.
