[Long-term Part-time] Order Fulfillment Associate - $12/hr

Role Overview

You will be responsible for packing products into boxes, preparing customer orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day fulfillment processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a warehouse (air-conditioned) environment. Hours are flexible depending on order volume and promotion peaks.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to daily fulfillment lists
• Assemble and pack products into boxes
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and meet quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace
• Restock inventory and perform basic stock counts when needed
• Use basic fulfillment software (training provided) to update order status
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse tasks as required

Requirements

• Able to work in a warehouse (air-conditioned) environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Basic computer literacy to understand order processing flows
• Physically able to carry boxes and stand for extended periods
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Flexible to work more hours during promotion or peak seasons

Working Hours

• 2-8 working hours per day
• Monday to Friday, Saturday (optional)
