Longevity Elixir Architect - Bartender
Salary: $13 – $15 per hour
About the role
We are looking for a Bartender to join our team part-time. In this role, you will be the driver behind our morning beverage operations, responsible for consistently crafting high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty drinks to start our customers' days right. Beyond daily preparation, we are looking for a creative thinker. If you have a passion for flavor experimentation and want to help us design our next signature drink, this is the perfect opportunity to put your stamp on our menu.
You will be joining an elite, private-tier project situated within an exclusive members club in the heart of Downtown Singapore.
Key responsibilities
Manage the pre-batch preparation for morning operations
Prepare a wide variety of beverages
Taste-test batches and ensure all beverages meet our standard for consistency and flavor
Manage inventory for daily operations, and adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
About you
Must be able to commit to morning shifts starting at 8.30am. Anticipated hours would be M-F; 9AM-1PM.
Prior experience as a barista, mixologist, bubble tea maker, or in a similar beverage-focused role is a bonus
A genuine interest in food and beverage trends, with a knack for pairing flavors and testing new concepts
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle morning rushes with a calm and positive demeanor
