Boost Sales: Create simple in-store promotions, bundles, and attractive product displays to increase daily sales.
Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, order stock from suppliers, and minimize wastage or expired goods.
Cash & System Management: Oversee the POS system, handle daily cash closing, and ensure accurate pricing labels on shelves.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience working in a mini-mart, convenience store, or grocery shop.
- Skills: Honest, trustworthy, and comfortable using basic retail POS systems and Excel.
- Attitude: A hands-on, proactive mindset. Must be willing to handle stock, lift grocery boxes, and help out wherever needed on the floor.
