Looking for a Manager in Lift Side
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Lift Service Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in the elevator industry and be capable of managing lift repair, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project coordination activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the elevator industry.
- Experience in:Lift Repair: 5 years Lift Installation: 1 year Lift Maintenance: 6 months
- Strong knowledge of traction elevators and Machine Room-Less (MRL) elevators.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex lift faults and breakdowns.
- Experience in supervising technicians and coordinating site activities.
- Familiarity with Singapore lift safety regulations and industry standards.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and service teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee lift repair, installation, and maintenance operations.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, schedules, and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
