Lorry Crane Driver
Summary
Operates a lorry with a mounted crane to transport and lift heavy construction materials and equipment in Singapore, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:-
- Drive a lorry and operate the lorry crane transport materials and equipment
- Load, transport, unload and lift construction materials, equipment and other heavy items to designated locations
- Operate the lorry-mounted crane to lift, move and position materials accurately and safely
- Ensure all loads are properly secured before transportation
- Plan routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries, including diesel dispensing
- Ferry workers to and from construction sites when needed
- Conduct daily checks to ensure that vehicle is in good and safe condition
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements:-
- Valid Singapore Class 4/5 driving licence
- Valid Lorry Crane Operator License/Certificate
- Familiar with Singapore traffic regulations and workplace safety requirements
- Able to work for overtime and on flexible assignments
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
