LORRY DRIVER
- Conduct daily inspection of vehicle.
- Timely delivery and pick up of the assigned Delivery Orders / Collection Orders.
- Contacts customers to confirm delivery details.
- Determines placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conducts safety reviews.
- Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading
- Perform Activities to improve Logistics Services.
- Comply with safety regulations at all worksites.
- Comply with local traffic requirements and breakdown.
- Adhere to Singapore traffic Regulations and Lorry crane license/ Jurong Island / Jurong Port requirements.
- Ensure security of the vehicle, cargo and documents.
Requirements
- Class 4 driver's license.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Experience may be required or preferred.
