Los Angeles Remote Investor Funding Sales & Outreach Associate
NewBe an early applicantREMOTE REAL ESTATE SALES ROLE — LOS ANGELES, CA
Build professional relationships with real estate investors and industry contacts from a fully remote environment. This sales position supports a Los Angeles-focused team connecting qualified real estate professionals with a private community centered on hard-money, private-money, and investment-property funding resources.
Rather than relying on generic mass outreach, the role emphasizes prospect research, relevant one-to-one conversations, consistent follow-up, accurate tracking, and appointment generation.
THE PEOPLE YOU'LL REACH
Your outreach may include fix-and-flip investors, landlords, BRRRR investors, wholesalers, creative-finance operators, brokers, investor-friendly agents, educators, coaches, and other professionals active in the investment real estate market.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research active real estate investors and potential referral relationships across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, investor groups, communities, and other relevant online channels
• Review each prospect before initiating contact so outreach reflects their background or activity
• Begin professional direct-message conversations using approved scripts and authentic social profiles
• Explain and introduce the private funding and deal-flow community to appropriate prospects
• Identify suitable contacts and schedule short onboarding or triage calls for the team
• Record conversations, appointments, and required prospect information accurately in the designated lead tracker
• Follow up consistently while avoiding spam-style or unnecessarily aggressive messaging
• Attend weekly setter coaching and accountability meetings
• Follow established daily activity standards and use tracked KPIs to improve performance
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Training is followed by a ramp-up period in which team members develop consistent prospecting and conversation habits. After training, the minimum activity expectation is 30 new personalized outbound messages during each working day.
Once fully ramped, the performance target is 7–10 qualified appointments per week. Results are not identical for every team member and may be influenced by consistency, skill, market conditions, account health, and lead quality.
Accurate tracking, professional conduct, and compliance with the rules of each outreach platform are required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A strong candidate should be able to:
• Write clear, natural, professional English
• Communicate comfortably with investors, business owners, and other real estate professionals
• Work independently while remaining dependable and responsive to coaching
• Maintain disciplined daily prospecting activity and accountability
• Research individual prospects and personalize conversations instead of sending generic mass messages
• Use an authentic, professional Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn presence suitable for business communication
• Maintain dependable internet access and work with tools such as Zoom, Google Docs or Sheets, Messenger, and CRM or lead-tracking software
• Participate in required weekly training and team calls
• Learn the language commonly used in private-money, hard-money, and investment real estate discussions
EXPERIENCE THAT MAY BE USEFUL
Prior experience is helpful but is not required. Relevant backgrounds can include sales, appointment setting, recruiting, lead generation, social selling, lending, mortgages, real estate investing, wholesaling, property management, or financial services.
Knowledge of investor terminology such as ARV, LTV, LTC, rehab budget, bridge loan, fix and flip, BRRRR, DSCR, proof of funds, draw schedule, and exit strategy can be beneficial.
TRAINING PROCESS
The hiring process includes a live group interview where the role and expectations are reviewed. Training covers investor targeting and social outreach, followed by ongoing weekly setter coaching with message review and campaign troubleshooting.
Team resources include approved scripts, FAQs, lead-sheet standards, and KPI tracking materials. Strong performers may have opportunities to develop toward team leadership responsibilities.
SALARY
