Experience working within a parcel operation or a similar fast-paced operational environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate discrepancies and turn data into practical solutions.
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Power BI.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge processes and work with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
