Loss Prevention Specialist SEA

Job Overview:Support loss prevention and profit protection initiatives across SEA stores and warehouses to minimize shrinkage, strengthen compliance, and protect company assets.
Responsibilities

Investigate internal theft, fraud, and other loss-related incidents.

Conduct store audits, cash counts, warehouse checks, and compliance reviews.

Support store and warehouse stocktakes and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Prepare and share audit, investigation, and stocktake reports with management.

Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.

Support shrinkage reduction initiatives and recommend corrective actions.

Liaise with store teams and external authorities when required.

Maintain accurate documentation of audits, investigations, and security matters.

Provide training and guidance to store teams on loss prevention best practices.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Security Management, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Loss Prevention, Profit Protection, Internal Audit, Security, or Retail Operations.
Strong analytical, investigation, and report-writing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel when required.
