Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and other low-code/no-code platforms.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, forms, integrations, and process automation to improve business operations.
- Configure and administer low-code platforms, including workflows, business rules, process logic, data validation, and UI components.
- Perform functional and non-functional testing to ensure solution quality.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Solution Design, Configuration & Environment Details, Security & Compliance, Deployment, Maintenance & Support, User Guides, Training Materials, and Testing Reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ICT security and data governance policies.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance deployed applications.
Required Experience & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of application development experience, with a strong focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience configuring low-code platforms, workflows, rules engines, process logic, data validation, and UI components.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Power Platform or other relevant low-code/no-code certifications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL databases, and API integrations with enterprise systems.
