Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and other low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop workflows, forms, integrations, and process automation to improve business operations.
  • Configure and administer low-code platforms, including workflows, business rules, process logic, data validation, and UI components.
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing to ensure solution quality.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Solution Design, Configuration & Environment Details, Security & Compliance, Deployment, Maintenance & Support, User Guides, Training Materials, and Testing Reports.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with ICT security and data governance policies.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance deployed applications.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of application development experience, with a strong focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience configuring low-code platforms, workflows, rules engines, process logic, data validation, and UI components.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Power Platform or other relevant low-code/no-code certifications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Git and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL databases, and API integrations with enterprise systems.
