What the role covers:

- Order management, exchange connectivity, smart order routing, internalisation and clearing
- Building tools on top of a high-performance platform used by hundreds of clients
- Scalability and performance work across the stack
- A mix of projects - frontend-facing through to backend infrastructure, in different languages
What they're looking for:
- Strong experience in Java, Go or C++ building distributed, scalable systems
- Roughly 2 - 7 years shipping and maintaining highly optimised code
- Python, high-concurrency systems, low-latency or high-transaction environments, relational databases - all useful, none essential
- CS, Computer Engineering or equivalent background
- Communication skills that hold up in technical debate
- Worth knowing: flat hierarchy, meritocratic, fast-paced.
- No finance knowledge expected - they teach it.

- private health/dental/optical
- income protection
- pension
- gym subsidy
- catered lunch daily
If that sounds like your kind of environment,
