Role Overview: Low-Rise Team Member
You will assist with residential and commercial exterior services while learning proper techniques, safety standards, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services
- Work alongside Lead Technicians on residential and commercial jobs
- Follow safety procedures including ladder safety and fall protection
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed

- No experience required (experience a plus)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (low-rise)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
