Lower School Clubs Coach
JOB SUMMARY:
The Lower School Clubs Coach will provide leadership and skill development to various sports and provide a safe and nurturing environment to all students enrolled in specific club sports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively participates in Club activities including, but not limited to:

Participates in club activities and serves as a role model for our students.

Assists where needed in other club activities.

Plans and executes fun, age-appropriate, activities for the students.

Maintains cleanliness and order of all equipment.

Ensures the safety of all students in your club.

Leads each session with a positive attitude.

Provides support to leadership and MCDS Clubs Staff.

Follow the safety procedures outlined in the MCDS Emergency Operations Plan.

Communicates any student concerns to staff nurse and clubs direct.
