Loyalty Ops Associate
You will own the operational backbone of Blackbird Club membership by coordinating restaurant rewards, managing fulfillment, and ensuring member promises are delivered. You will run event logistics, ticketing, guest communications, venue coordination, member nights, and loyalty partnership activations while managing relationships and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with restaurant partners to manage Club Rewards fulfillment
- Identify and resolve issues affecting member experiences
- Manage ticketing setup and operations for events
- Communicate with guests and coordinate venues
- Execute events on the ground
- Manage turnkey member event programming
- Coordinate loyalty partnership activations
- Track partnership deliverables
- Serve as the working point of contact between partner teams
- Lead loyalty partnership onboarding and ongoing management
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in operations, events, partnerships, or loyalty
- Experience in hospitality, media, or consumer lifestyle brands
- Love of restaurants and restaurant culture
- Strong organizational skills
- Bias toward action
- Ability to manage external partner and internal stakeholder relationships
- Experience with ticketing platforms and event logistics tools
- Ability to own projects from initial draft through final execution
