Licensed Practical Nurse — LPN

Bartlesville Health & Rehab Community is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our

nursing team. We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and clinically focused

nurses who are committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care to residents.

LPNs provide nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting under the

direction of nursing leadership and in accordance with physician orders, facility policy, and

Oklahoma licensure requirements. This includes administering medications, completing

treatments, monitoring resident condition, communicating with providers and families,

documenting care, responding to changes in condition, and helping coordinate daily

resident care.

LPNs also provide direction and support to CMAs and CNAs, helping ensure resident

needs are met timely and safely. This position plays an important role in medication safety,

treatment accuracy, documentation, resident comfort, infection control, fall prevention,

skin monitoring, and overall quality of care.

A successful LPN is organized, calm under pressure, dependable, observant, professional,

and able to communicate well with residents, families, providers, nursing staff, and facility

leadership.

Applicants must have a current Oklahoma LPN license, strong communication skills, a

team-focused attitude, and a commitment to resident rights, confidentiality, infection

control, medication safety, and quality care.
