Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Duties include monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with patient assessments and treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as changing dressings and inserting catheters
• Administer medications and monitor patient reactions
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of practice
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
