About the Role

Are you a compassionate, experienced nurse ready to lead a team that truly puts people first? At Friendsview, we do more than provide care — we foster dignity, independence, and community. As a Charge Nurse, you’ll supervise caregivers and CMAs, administer medications, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care — the kind of care you'd want for your own family.

Whether you’re coaching a new CMA or coordinating with physicians, you’ll be at the heart of a team that believes in compassionate leadership, authentic connections, and doing work that matters.

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

  • Lead shift reports and ensure smooth care transitions

  • Mentor and coach staff through hands-on leadership

  • Respond to incidents, complete documentation, and communicate with families

  • Build care plans, assess residents, and support their evolving needs

  • Collaborate across disciplines — from spiritual care to outpatient providers

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment

  • Participate in training and educational growth opportunities
