LPN Citizens ICF $2.500 Sign-on Bonus! Shoreham location Sun-Thurs 10p-6:30a overnight

Requirements:

• Must be a NYS licensed practical nurse. CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge is required
• Six months of hospital or long-term care experience, preferably working with the ID population

Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintains optimal health care for ICF individuals by administering medication and medical treatments, and monitoring health status
• Coordinates the delivery of primary and specialized medical services under the direction of the RN, and serves as medical services advocate for each individual
• Practices and promotes the agency’s mission statement in every interaction
• Provide ongoing support to people in becoming active participants in every aspect of their lives and to ensure that a high quality of life is maintained
