Job Duties:

Responsible for the care-taking of Countryside Senior Living Residents according to Company Policy and applicable state regulatory requirements and standards. Remains pro-active in provision of care and relationships with Residents. Promptly reports changes, pertinent issues, safety hazards, etc., to Administrator, Resident’s family and/or Resident’s physician or medical Administrator. Maintains professional courtesy and demeanor with Residents, families, regulatory officials, staff and visitors at all times.
