Job Purpose:
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at EHM Senior Solutions is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver personalized care plans and support the overall mission of enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and perform routine medical procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Monitor residents' health by checking vital signs and observing changes in their condition, reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, to promote independence and dignity.
- Document and maintain accurate records of residents' health status, treatments, and progress according to facility protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs.
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families, addressing concerns and promoting a positive environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with nursing practices and enhance skills.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and effective care environment.
