LPN for Senior Living

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for one of our Community in Hamburg. The LPN will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Communication with pharmacies.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status, noting any changes and reporting them promptly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Leading our resident assistants and med techs to ensure superior care (patient assessments, audits, and staff training).
• Supervise and support Caregivers in delivering care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
