Crane's Mill, a 5-star community in West Caldwell, NJ is currently seeking a full-time LPN for dayshift, to work in our Assisted Living. Depending upon experience, compensation is $31/hour up to $36/hour, plus full complement of benefits and time off!

• Provides direct care/services to the residents within the scope of duties and responsibilities and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local regulatory agencies.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants.

Basic Qualifications:

Education/Training/Certifications: High school diploma required; LPN License in New Jersey required; CPR required.

Skill(s): Time management; excellent verbal and written communication; active listening and visual skills.

Experience: One year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a health care facility; One to two years experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a Skilled Nursing facility.
