Kiowa District Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Long-Term Care team.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately while monitoring resident response.
• Serve as a Charge Nurse, coordinating resident care and supporting nursing assistants and other team members.
• Assess residents, identify changes in condition, and communicate concerns to providers and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and positive outcomes.
• Assist with care planning and resident education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the medical record.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.
• Support a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence throughout the facility.
• Help fulfill KDH's mission of providing Quality C.A.R.E. Close to Home.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Kansas LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service.
