Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our behavioral health and substance abuse treatment team in Scurry, TX. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey and providing high-quality clinical care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment setting
• Monitor patient health status and withdrawal symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to support treatment plans
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies as they arise
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for recovery

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Texas (required)
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or substance abuse treatment (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
