LPN Triage Nurse

LPN: We are hiring for a TRIAGE POSITION, 37.5 hours per week.

Monday - Wednesday, 6 AM - 6:30 PM. (Please note that we are unable to modify the scheduled hours.)

• BASE RATE OF $30/HOUR for LPN positions
• BASE RATE of $34/HOUR for RN positions
• Pay rate based upon years of licensure

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working independently and taking initiative and be committed to providing high-quality care for our individuals.

The triage nurse will work collaboratively with our Direct Support Professionals and other healthcare professionals to support our individuals' needs, ensuring comfort and safety while adhering to established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering medical questions
• Collaborating care with physicians and other medical professionals
• Communicating with families
• Performing in-person assessments
• Administering medication when needed
• Weekend on-call rotation

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program and certified to administer medications.
• Possess a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse valid in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Access to a vehicle to use for work (mileage reimbursed at $.65 per mile)
