Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? Vitality is seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our communities in Sebeka and New York Mills.

As an LPN, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. You’ll provide quality care, support assisted living services, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members across both locations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous assisted living or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
