We are seeking a highly motivated LPR Camera Car Driver to join our elite vehicle recovery team in Toledo, Ohio, and surrounding areas. In this role, you will operate a company vehicle to locate, track, and recover vehicles or other assets with delinquent loans or active repossession orders.

The LPR Camera Car Driver plays a critical role in supporting our repossession efforts by utilizing License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology, conducting field investigations, and coordinating recoveries efficiently and safely. Success in this role comes from individuals who are detail-oriented, confident, and motivated by results, with the ability to engage with people respectfully while following Ohio repossession laws. What You’ll Do

• Operating a License Plate Recognition (LPR) vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art technology to scan license plates in targeted zones.
• Drive a company car to search for and recover assets with default loan status and open repossession orders.
• Conducting heavy surveillance and in-field investigations to locate and identify vehicles.
• Working closely with our skip tracing and recovery teams to secure collateral.
• Conducting discreet in-field interviews as needed.
• Traveling independently throughout Toledo, Ohio and surrounding areas.
• Gaining insight into asset recovery operations, laws and procedures.
• Collaborating as a team to plan and streamline the repossession process.
