LPR Depot Manager (F/H)

Your Key Responsibilities
🔧 Operations & Team Management
- Lead and supervise depot operations, including external service providers and internal teams
- Manage performance, budgets, and contractual obligations
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards
- Coordinate and prioritize operational activities to meet business objectives
🏭 Site Management
- Oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of the site and its equipment
- Ensure compliance with logistics, administrative, and regulatory requirements
- Manage contracts, documentation, and subscriptions
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory controls
🚀 Research & Development
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in equipment, processes, and products
- Identify improvement opportunities using operational data and feedback
- Define technical specifications and support equipment development
- Test and validate new solutions to enhance performance and reliability
📊 Monitoring & Reporting
- Build, manage, and track the site budget
- Deliver accurate and timely reports and dashboards
- Provide clear visibility on financials and cost structures
- Support management reviews and improvement initiatives
🤝 Representation & Communication
- Act as the site ambassador for visitors, customers, and partners
- Deliver presentations and training sessions for various audiences
- Collaborate with external inspection bodies and stakeholders

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering degree (preferred)
- Experience in industrial environments, especially with automation projects
- Experience managing teams and external partners
🌍 Languages & Tools
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and web-based tools
