DescriptionCompany Coordinate the delivery of business and management training programs aligned with organizational needs and employee development plans. Support the design and scheduling of leadership, supervisory, and management development courses. Work with internal stakeholders and external training providers to organize, monitor, and evaluate training programs. Maintain the annual training calendar and ensure timely communication and enrollment of participants. Track training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback, and recommend improvements based on results. Ensured training content aligns with organizational competencies and business priorities. Coordinate the development of customized management workshops and in-house learning solutions when necessary. Maintain accurate training records and prepare monthly/quarterly reports on training activities and KPIs. Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements for managers and supervisors. Support Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) activities to identify gaps and training priorities. Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge 1.Essential Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordination or administering training programs, preferably focused on management or leadership development. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 2.Desirable Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle). Proven ability to deliver results and act as a change agent. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams of highly skilled and experienced personnel having diverse Provide support without removing responsibility (to build ownership).
