As the Senior Manager
of finance, you will be overseeing financial operations,
ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic
financial guidance to support organizational objectives. This
position involves managing a team, analyzing financial data,
and contributing to decision-making processes.
Primary
responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Develop and execute
financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead and mentor a
team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and
high-performance culture.
- Prepare and present
accurate and timely financial reports for management and
stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to
regulatory requirements and internal policies, conducting
regular audits to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with

- Monitor and manage
cash flow to optimize liquidity and support business
operations.
- Implement
cost-control measures and identify opportunities for

- Experience with
budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Strong background
in team management and development.
- Exposure to ERP
system implementation and optimization.
- Previous experience
in a senior finance role, preferably within a comparable
industry.
