What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer service procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1 year previous experience as an express/quick lube technician.
• Operate several cars, light trucks, and vans, with the an ability to move both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Punctual and Reliable.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• A team player who is focused on providing first-class customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $33.80.

This is a Flat Rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
