Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Assistant Manager in Inventory Management
- Overseeing the activities of the Yard, Delivery and Sales Supervisors
- Supervising subordinates to ensure maximum effectiveness and productivity. Ensure timely order entry, delivery follow‑ups, returns, and after‑sales service coordination.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Five (5) CXC subjects including a numeric subject and English Language.
- A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience at a supervisory level in the building supplies business or a related field
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
Skills & Requirements:
- Customer-oriented with a good working knowledge of building materials.
- Computer and numerical skills,
- Ability to lead a team.
- A Valid Drivers’ Licence
