The Job:
HOYTS are recruiting LUX Duty Managers who can live up to our FIERCE Values, inspire our Crew Members and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
As part of our Cinema Operations Team, you'll play a key role in bringing the HOYTS LUX experience to life. Combining premium hospitality with the excitement of cinema, you'll help ensure every guest receives the exceptional service and attention to detail that makes LUX special.

Your mission, "if you choose to accept it", is to assist the Location Manager with the day-to-day operations of the cinema, lead the team on shift and maintain the high standards of service expected at HOYTS LUX.
While no two days are the same, your duties will include:

Leading, motivating and supporting Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Overseeing food and beverage service to ensure quality, presentation and efficiency

Greeting and assisting guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their LUX experience

Supporting daily cinema operations, including ticketing, guest seating and food and beverage service

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety

Handling guest enquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care

Who We’re Looking For:
We're looking for someone who loves cinema, has a passion for hospitality and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

We're seeking dedicated, energetic and professional individuals who have:

Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage or a customer-facing leadership role will be highly regarded
