Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Luxury Residential Bell Person to join our team at our association, Millennium Tower, in San Francisco.
The responsibilities focus on deliveries to units such as luggage, packages, groceries, messages, etc. Additionally, the Bell Person will walk the property, they are to assist in picking up and/or cleaning any loose debris or trash that they may find and alert the Concierges of any condition demanding attention, ie., Maintenance Requests. The Bell Person will also cover the breaks of the Concierge and Door Host.
Compensation: $21.00- $25.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)+ Covered Benefits + Holiday Bonus + Annual Bonus ranging anywhere from $7,000 to $20,000
Schedule: 5 Days Per Week; 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, 10:45 AM - 7:15PM and 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM; Weekends Required

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that everyone is greeted with the utmost expression of gracious hospitality
- Ensure the timely delivery of luggages, packages, groceries, etc.
- Always be available to partner with Concierges and Door Hosts
- Remain in assigned post position, maintaining correct stance. Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests entering the lobby or calling the association
- Maintain clear passage of the car drop off area and sidewalks into the building
- Secure taxicabs for Residents and Guests
- Support Valet in assisting Residents and Guests into and out of their vehicles
- Assist Residents and Guests with the loading and unloading of packages and luggage into and out of their vehicles
- Assure safety and security of all luggage and packages
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Communicate politely and clearly, both in person and over the phone
- Possess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies, and procedures
- Be familiar with the Association's amenities and surroundings to assist residents and guests effectively
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Assist residents and guests with information about the Association's amenities and services
Teamwork:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Be flexible and ready to assist with tasks not strictly related to the job description when necessary
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- 2+ years of prior experience in a hotel or residential building preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in service and hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holiday as required.
- Ability to lift and transport packages, luggage, and other belongings safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions depending on the building layout and entrances.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
